How does SpotMySnap's face matching work?
When you upload an event gallery, SpotMySnap's AI scans every photo and builds a private index of the faces it finds. When a guest uploads a selfie, the system compares it against that index and returns only the photos containing a match — usually within seconds. The index is scoped to a single event and is never shared across events.
Do guests need to create an account or download an app?
No. Guests simply scan the QR code you provide, open the link in their phone's browser, and upload one selfie. There's no signup, login, or app download required, and the whole experience runs in the browser so it works on any smartphone.
Is my event gallery private?
Yes. Each event has its own private link and search index. Guests can only search within the event they were given access to, and selfies uploaded for matching aren't stored alongside the event gallery or shared with other organizers.
What kinds of events work well with SpotMySnap?

How much does it cost?
We offer two ways to pay: a one-time Pay-per-Shoot package for a single event, ideal for freelance photographers, or a monthly Studio Pack subscription for studios running multiple events. Payments are processed through eSewa, Khalti, and connectIPS, so there's no need for an international credit card.
Can guests download full-resolution photos?
Yes. Once SpotMySnap finds a guest's matches, they can preview each photo in a full-size viewer and download the original-quality image directly to their device — no watermark, no extra steps.
